Registration for account opening

* For customer with existing stock trading account

• Download and print the account application via your printer now
• Request an application form by mail

1. Download and print Request for change of Account Information
2. Fill Out detail and change information in “Request for additional transaction” and mark X signal in front of Futures trading request menu.
3. The documents required for customer detail changing (Certify as a true copy by signing)
   
   • Copy if Identity Card (ID) / Copy of Passport (for non Thais) 1 Copies
     
   • Copy of Bank passbook with Name and Account Number on 1 Copies
4. Please mail the above document to the address below:
