2. Required Documents to Open a Securities Trading Account

   2.1 Applicant (sign each page to certify as a true copy)

   • Copy of Identity Card (ID), Copy of Passport (foreigners)
   • Copy of Work Permit (foreigners)
   • Copy of House Registration each page which contains name and address.
   • Copy of Financial Statement, such as:
   • Copy of Bank Statement or Bank Transaction Movement(s) for the last 3 months and the first page on which the name and bank account numbers are shown
   • Copy of the latest Payroll Slip

   2.2 Grantee (in case a Power of Attorney is appointed)

   • Power of Attorney
   • Copy of Identity Card (ID) or Passport (non-Thais) of the Grantee (certified true copy)
   • Copy of House Registration of the Grantee on each page the name and address appears (certified true copy)
   • Specimen Signature Card
3. Stamp Duty
   • Baht 30 charged for a Securities Brokerage Agreement
   • Baht 30 charged for each grantee on a Power of Attorney

2. Required Documents to Open a Securities Trading Account

   2.1 Notary Public & Thai Consulate Representative to verify the following documents:

   • Certificate of Incorporation or Business License
   • Memorandum and Articles of Association
   • A Board Resolution to approve opening and operating an account
   • List of Authorized Signatories

   2.2 A copy of Identity Card (ID) or Passport of authorized persons (signed to verify as a true copy by the holder)

   2.3 Latest Financial Statement

   2.4 Power of Attorney (if any)

   • If a power of attorney is used in which another is appointed to act on one’s behalf, the following documents are required:
   • Copy of Passport of the grantee certified as a true copy by the holder
   • Specimen Signature Card

   2.5 Documents of the account owner and/or related person of the client (if any)

   • Copy of Passport of the account owner and/or related person.
   • A company Letter of Confirmation for the mentioned person.
3. Cost of Stamp Duty
   • Baht 30 charged for securities brokerage agreement
   • Baht 30 charged for each grantee on a power of attorney

The company will send an account number, login name and password to your mailing address within 7 days after the company has reviewed and verified your application.
