         Due to The Board of Director of KTB resolved to propose to the meeting of shareholders to consider and approve the allocation of newly issued ordinary shares to the existing shareholders.
The following approval to buy newly issued KTB shares has cause changed to the KTB Futures which  Will result in the corporate action as detail available in the attached file. The effective date will be on August 28, 2012 onward.
