Subject:  SET Announces the Delisting Securities
 

ตามที่บริษัทฯ ได้ขอเพิกถอนหลักทรัพย์ของบริษัทจากการเป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยนั้น บัดนี้บริษัทฯได้ดำเนินการตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อบังคับตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย เรื่องการเพิกถอนหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียน พ.ศ. 2542 แล้วอาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา 171 (4) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ. 2535  คณะกรรมการตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยจึงสั่งเพิกถอนหลักทรัพย์จากการเป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียน.

Previously, The Company asked for voluntary delisting and now complied with the Stock Exchange of Thailand's rules and regulations re:Delisting of Securities, 1999. By virtue of Section 171 (4) of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992), the Board of Governors of the SET has approved the delisting securities from the SET.

ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ได้สั่งรับใบแสดงสิทธิในการซื้อหุ้นเพิ่มทุนที่โอนสิทธิได้และเป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ รายละเอียดดังนี้
