The corporate finance team has recorded many firsts in Thailand, such as the first IPO, the first public tender offer and the first non-public offering of a pre-IPO convertible under the SEC Act. Also the first call warrants issued by rights, the first rights issue with a concurrent special dividend, the first employee share option plan (ESOP) with more than five percent of the company's capital, the first IPO with warrants attached and the first capital reduction with a simultaneous rights issue.
