These chat rooms ("KTZ Zaddd Chat") are provided by KT ZMICO securities company limited ("KT ZMICO") to you ("you" or "the user"), subject to the terms of this KT ZMICO Chat Room Agreement ("Agreement"), and the rules that may be published from time to time by KT ZMICO. KT ZMICO Chat is currently provided as a free service to any user who agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. KT ZMICO reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time. Users who violate the terms of this Agreement will have their KT ZMICO Login Access canceled (if appropriate) or they may permanently be banned from entering the KT ZMICO web site.

ENTERING A CHAT ROOM OF KT ZMICO CHAT WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS, WE WILL NOT ALLOW USERS ENTER KT ZMICO CHAT.

CHAT RULES:�

You are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your accessing KT ZMICO Chat. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in KT ZMICO terminating your access. You agree not to do any of the following actions while using KT ZMICO Chat:

1.�harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another KT ZMICO Chat participant, user, or other individual or entity;

2.�post via KT ZMICO Chat any information, data, text, files, links, software, or other materials ("Content") that KT ZMICO considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

3. impersonate in KT ZMICO Chat any person, including but not limited to, a KT ZMICO employee;

4.�disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a KT ZMICO Chat room or otherwise act in a manner that
negatively affects other participants;

5. post any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation in KT ZMICO Chat; and

6. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing KT ZMICO Chat or in connection with your use of KT ZMICO Chat in any manner.


SPECIFIC ADVICE AS REGARDS THE USE OF KTZ Zaddd:�

Never assume people are who the say they are, know what they say they know, or are affiliated with whom they say they are affiliated with. By entering KT ZMICO Chat you accept that it is an open forum in that is accessible by any user of the internet with the exception of those users expressly barred by KT ZMICO from entering its website. KT ZMICO will respect the anonymity of comment or messages unless user details are specifically requested by any regulatory or legal authority having due cause to suspect that an infringement of local, national or international regulations or law has taken place. In this event, KT ZMICO reserves the right to co-operate with the respective authority in its efforts to identify the user.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

MINORS
In cases where you have authorized another individual, including a minor, to use your access, you recognize that you are fully responsible for:
  (i) the online conduct of such user;
  (ii) controlling the users access to and use of KT ZMICO Chat; and
  (iii) the consequences of any misuse. You further recognize that the holder of the internet access address is entirely responsible for activities conducted through such access.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOME AREAS OF KT ZMICO CHAT MAY CONTAIN MATERIAL THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR MINORS

MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Thailand for any cause or action arising out of this Agreement. In the event that any portion of this Agreement is deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

WHAT TO DO
If you witness chat in a public chat room that violates this Agreement or the KT ZMICO Chat rules then in effect, please send the relevant information through this to KT ZMICO at [ onlinebroking@ktzmico.com ]. KT ZMICO cannot guarantee that any action will be taken as a result of your report.
